In connection with account creation, authentication, and use of the service, we collect personal information including identifiers such as name and email address, and limited internet or network activity information necessary to operate the service.

Authenticated users may choose to upload data for processing. Uploaded content may contain personal information.

We collect personal information directly from users, from Google Sign-In, and from users' interactions with the service.

Data use

We use personal information as necessary to provide and maintain the service, authenticate users, process uploaded content, provide technical support, secure the service, prevent misuse, and comply with law. We disclose personal information to service providers and contractors that help us operate the service, including cloud hosting and AI processing providers such as Amazon Web Services, OpenAI, and Anthropic, under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain active accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain limited backup copies for a short period. You can delete your data at any time. Deletion removes content from active systems; residual copies may persist in backups for a limited time.

Your rights
